Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Infinite Tech SA! This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for refunds and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions associated with these processes.
1. Repair Times and Liabilities:
• Repair times provided are estimates and not binding on Infinite Tech SA. Time is not of the essence unless expressly agreed upon in writing by Infinite Tech SA.
• Infinite Tech SA shall not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer due to unforeseen costs or delayed repairs.
2. Returns and RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number:
• No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
• To initiate a return, the customer must submit a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request form online through our website at https://infinitetech.co.za .
• The RMA number provided must be referenced for all matters related to the return.
3. RMA Process:
• Our technical department will issue an RMA number that authorizes the return of one item per RMA number.
• A detailed fault description must be provided to enable our technical department to test and verify the fault.
• All defective merchandise must be returned to Infinite Tech SA with all cables, power supplies, documentation, and any other included items.
4. Return Shipping and Responsibility:
• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any products to Infinite Tech SA.
• For your protection, we recommend insuring the package and using a traceable shipping method. Infinite Tech SA is not liable for lost or damaged packages during the return process.
5. Return Conditions and Restocking Fee:
• It is important to meet the following conditions for a successful return:
• The product must have a valid RMA number.
• The product must be returned with all included accessories and documentation.
• If any of the above conditions are not met, Infinite Tech SA reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of not less than 15%.
6. Acceptance of Products:
• Infinite Tech SA will conduct an incoming acceptance inspection as soon as possible upon receipt of products.
